The UM6P Laayoune project is being developed to support greenhouse research and sustainable cultivation strategies in one of Morocco’s more challenging climate regions. Designed as a multi crop R&D greenhouse, the facility will allow researchers to study how controlled environment agriculture can perform under arid conditions while exploring efficient growing methods adapted to the local environment.
